第一種情況：托?？荚嚤籬old不出分
這種情況出現(xiàn)在隨機(jī)審核中，因?yàn)榻^大多數(shù)情況下成績(jī)被hold只是因?yàn)榕龅搅顺Ｒ?guī)審核，若沒問題大概2-3天后會(huì)出分.
被hold郵件關(guān)鍵詞：Your TOEFL? scores from the test administration are delayed because they are under administrative review.
如何應(yīng)對(duì)：
托福分?jǐn)?shù)隨機(jī)review是最常見的情況，這種概率就類似比如最近五一很多同學(xué)都會(huì)選擇自駕旅行，那么過檢查站的時(shí)候警察叔叔會(huì)隨機(jī)查驗(yàn)身份證一樣。如我們的分?jǐn)?shù)被review超過了一周還沒出分或者直接被cancel了，我們可以撥打1-609-406-5430或者1-609-771-7100為自己據(jù)理力爭(zhēng)，并且在打電話前提前準(zhǔn)備好我們的個(gè)人信息，包括：姓名、地址、出生日期、郵箱、考試時(shí)間、考試注冊(cè)號(hào)碼等等。不過，如果真的發(fā)生這類情況建議一顆紅心兩手準(zhǔn)備，一邊為自己argue一邊抓緊報(bào)名下場(chǎng)考試。
第二種情況：托福成績(jī)直接被取消會(huì)不出分
1、它出現(xiàn)在托福分?jǐn)?shù)常規(guī)審核后被取消并通知院校，同時(shí)，之前已經(jīng)收到分?jǐn)?shù)的院校也會(huì)取消成績(jī)。如果遇到這種情況的同學(xué)建議第一時(shí)間聯(lián)系院校，爭(zhēng)取再提交一次成績(jī)。
被取消的郵件關(guān)鍵詞：Therefore, the scores have been canceled. Decisions made based on the identified TOEFL iBT? test scores may require your reevaluation in view of the results of our review. ETS takes the validity of its scores seriously. When scores are found to be invalid, we inform the institution that the scores have been canceled and we provide the test taker with a written explanation describing the specific reason for the cancellation.
2、有些同學(xué)之前在電腦上安裝過一些屏幕分享軟件，所以在考試前因?yàn)闄z測(cè)到我們電腦有“非法軟件”所以導(dǎo)致壓根無法開始考試，屏幕上會(huì)顯示“The exam will be terminated due to security reason.”不過這種情況并不影響我們報(bào)下一次考試，大家在考試前檢查好我們的電腦系統(tǒng)就可以了。（建議直接重裝系統(tǒng)或者恢復(fù)出廠設(shè)置，一勞永逸）

3、口語(yǔ)、寫作因“無腦”套用模板被認(rèn)定為內(nèi)容雷同。
提示的郵件關(guān)鍵詞：This was noticeable since the responses for which you receive a score should be your own original and independent work. Further reviews determined that a portion of your Writing/Speaking response(s) contains ideas, language and/or examples found in other test taker responses or from published sources.
4、因受到環(huán)境影響(如聲音嘈雜)或坐姿不端正等被懷疑被幫助。
提示的郵件關(guān)鍵詞：We have taken this action as it has come to our attention that you have taken this test on numerous occasions only to cancel the score once you have completed the test and have seen the questions. Because of this activity, we have also taken the steps to ban you from taking any ETS exam for the next 6 months.
第三種情況：被禁止參加托?？荚嚥怀龇?/strong>
1、多次托?？荚嚱Y(jié)束后不提交成績(jī)導(dǎo)致禁考6個(gè)月。這個(gè)很好理解了，作為托?？忌贾溃瑐淇纪懈５淖罴巡牧?，同時(shí)也是ETS最不舍得給的就是真題，因?yàn)檎骖}不僅在難度方面具有很高的參考價(jià)值同時(shí)也有很大的概率會(huì)在之后的考試中重復(fù)。而如果一個(gè)考生多次考試就是不提交成績(jī)，則會(huì)被ETS懷疑就是來搞真題的，那么肯定會(huì)被拉黑名單的。
被禁考的郵件關(guān)鍵詞：We have taken this action as it has come to our attention that you have taken this test on numerous occasions only to cancel the score once you have completed the test and have seen the questions.
2、存在嚴(yán)重違規(guī)行為而被“終身禁考”。如果想在考試的時(shí)候嘗試科技與狠活兒的同學(xué)，做好準(zhǔn)備將收到這封郵件，因?yàn)樵卩]件中ETS根本沒有提及被禁考的具體時(shí)長(zhǎng)，所以這種情況等同于“終身禁考”。
